In July, 2009, DIME received its 3rd consecutive 6 year, Full Accreditation with Commendation from the ACCME, as a provider of continuing medical education for physicians.

In addition to ACCME accreditation, DIME is an independent provider accredited provider of education by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to provide medical education to healthcare professionals. DIME is also an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Illinois Nurses Association (INA), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). DIME's areas of expertise include: auto-immune diseases, cardiovascular/cardiometabolic diseases, infectious diseases, gastroenterology disease, and women's health.
