GAME 2004 Meeting Registration

The 2004 GAME Annual Meeting brings together an international faculty of experts who will provide you with their insight on CME requirements and accreditation, as well as the expectations of physicians, medical specialty societies, and governments. This year, our annual meeting takes place on June 20-22, 2004 at the Westin New York Times Square. This year's theme is Building a Global CME Community, which recognizes not only the progress that has been made in the international CME enterprise over the past 10 years, but also identifies how much remains to be accomplished.

Registration Information

Registration Fees
Meeting registration fees include all catering functions.
Nonmember fee is $495 US.
Member fee is $345 US.

Registration Deadline
Deadline for registrations is May 31, 2004. Registrations received after this date will incur a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued if notice of cancellation is received on or by May 31, 2004. A processing fee of $50 will be retained on all cancellations. Request for refunds must be in writing.

Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin New York Times Square at a rate of $219 US single or double. In order to obtain this reduced rate, you must make your reservation by June 2, 2004, and identify yourself as a GAME registrant.
