Bob Galbraith has 20 years in education, research and clinical work as a Hepatologist, and 15 years in medical assessment. He currently leads the Center for Innovation at the National Board of Medical Examiners, where he is responsible for conceptualizing and testing new forms of measurement.

Maureen Doyle-Scharff, MBA, FACME joined Pfizer in 2007 where she is a Senior Director in the Medical Education Group. Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 18 years, Maureen has held a number of leadership positions including healthcare education, advocacy development, policy and reimbursement, brand management and managed care strategies, all with a particular emphasis on partnerships, continuing medical education and continuing professional development.

Maureen serves on the Board of Directors for ACME, GAME, and is a member of the AMA National Provider/Industry CME Collaboration Taskforce, and is also founding member and president of the Ohio Affiliate of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association.

Paul Piché, BSc, MBA, President and owner of HIT Global a company of over 77 employees. He has been involved with mandates in Canada, US and EC in Medical Research, Continuing Professional Educational Programs, Needs Assessments, CME/eCME and PI-CME. Paul has been involved with GAME since 2004 and is currently President for 2010 and 2011.

Lew Miller MS CCMEP is an entrepreneur in the field of continuing medical education. He has founded or co-founded the Alliance for CME, the Global Alliance for Medical Education and Project Globe Consortium for CPD, all nonprofit organizations; Miller & Fink Corporation and Dowden Health Media, medical publishers and producers of CME and health education for consumers, and Milcom, a medical records company. He is now principal, WentzMiller & Associates, global CME consultants, and chairman and CEO, BestPractice CPD.

Terry Dex, PharmD, Sr. Director, Independent Medical Education with 12 years of experience in clinical research and 9 years of experience in independent medical education has worked on both the pharmaceutical as well as the OTC sides of the business at Warner-Lambert, Bayer Consumer Care and now sanofi-aventis in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Terry will be serving as a board member on the products and services committee of GAME.

Currently the AAMC's lead for continuing healthcare education and improvement, Dave was a family physician in Ontario, Canada for nearly forty years. For much of that time, he was active in CME as: chairman of an all-staff inter-professional CE program at a community hospital; director of Continuing Medical Education and subsequently chair of continuing education at McMaster University's Faculty of Health Sciences; associate dean, continuing education, and founding director of the Knowledge Translation Program in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto; and chairman of Ontario's Guidelines Advisory Committee.

Thomas Kellner holds a medical degree from the University of Munich. After his internship he began working as an e-strategy consultant in a new media company, quickly rising to leader of the healthcare division. He joined MSD Germany for managing the launch of a portal for healthcare professionals, today known as univadis^®. He has held various national and international positions over the 9 years he has been with Merck. He contributed to various international studies and publications in CME.

Suzanne Murray's professional career spans over 23 years in organizational development, management, healthcare research, education, and performance improvement. As the President and Founder of AXDEV Group International since 1997, Ms. Murray has responded to mandates in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Prior to AXDEV, she spent 18 years in senior health and research management at the McGill Centre for Studies in Aging and the Montreal General Hospital. Suzanne is on the Board of CACHE.

Since 2004 Dr. Aparicio has been the Director of the Division of Continuing Physician Professional Development at the American Medical Association. An Internist and Geriatrician, he has over 20 years experience in CME and is a member of the Rome Group, the EU-North America Committee on CME. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine and Assistant Professor of Medical Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine.

Saurabh Jain holds a medical degree from Bangalore Medical College. He is currently a Director of CME Solutions and Medical Relations at Indegene. He is responsible for CME/CPD programs in Asia, Africa and Europe. He has worked on various accredited e-CME, Print based distance learning CME/CPD program, Performance Improvement initiatives, and accredited conferences across South East Asia and Africa. He is currently working on developing online accredited CME Eco system for physicians across Asia. His works also includes 'Independent Education' projects ('non-CME-non-promotional'); where CME principles are followed, but the accreditation is not necessarily sought. He also works with International Center of Excellence in CME/CPD programs. These include various Medical Universities, Medical Associations across globe.

Hervé Maisonneuve, MD, Associate professor of public health, Paris Sud 11, has worked in the pharma industry for 10 years, and for French public national agencies for 10 years, and with a CME experience in the last 10 years; Hervé has been an editor of medical journals, and has written books on medical writing and health care evaluation; past president of GAME 2006-2009. www.h2mw.eu

Ian Starke has been Director of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to the Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians in the United Kingdom since 2004 and Medical Director for Revalidation to the Royal College of Physicians of London since August 2007. He has a career-long interest in medical education, and has been involved in the development of curricula and workplace-based assessment methods for postgraduate trainees. His current interests are in the educational effectiveness of CPD and in the ways in which CPD may be used to support revalidation for trained doctors.
