Carroll Dowden, GAME Treasurer and President of Dowden Health Media, gave attendees a moving tribute to his long-time friend and colleague Lewis A. Miller, MS, GAME founder and recipient of the GAME 2005 Precepts of Hippocrates Award, at the GAME 2005 Annual Meeting in New York.
